Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026
Last updated: October 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Imaginix™ Consulting, LLC ("Imaginix," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Summit QR Code Landing Page and the 12-Point AI Employee Readiness Check (together, the "Summit Tools"). This policy applies only to the Summit Tools. It does not govern other Imaginix websites, services, consulting engagements, or digital products.

1. Information You Provide

At launch, the Summit Tools do not ask you to create an account or submit your name, email address, telephone number, payment information, or other contact information.

The Readiness Check is designed to operate anonymously. Your assessment selections are used in your browser to calculate and display your result. Imaginix does not intentionally receive, store, or associate those selections with you.

Do not enter customer records, patient information, confidential prompts, login credentials, regulated information, trade secrets, or other sensitive information into the Summit Tools. The Readiness Check requires only general descriptions of an AI employee's role and governance posture.

2. Technical Information

When you visit the Summit Tools, the hosting provider or related infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This information may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, date and time of access, pages requested, referring page, and error or security logs.

Imaginix may use this limited technical information to operate the Summit Tools, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law. We do not use the Summit Tools for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Imaginix does not intentionally place advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics trackers on the Summit Tools at launch. The hosting provider may use technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure, or maintain the service. If Imaginix later adds analytics, cookies, or other tracking technologies, this policy will be updated before those tools are activated when required.

4. How We Use Information

To the extent limited technical information is available to Imaginix, we may use it to:

  • provide and maintain the Summit Tools;
  • protect the Summit Tools and their users;
  • investigate errors, misuse, or security events;
  • understand basic service performance without behavioral profiling; and
  • comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests.

5. How We Disclose Information

Imaginix does not sell personal data. We do not disclose personal data for targeted advertising or use personal data to profile visitors for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Limited technical information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or support the Summit Tools. Those providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Imaginix, subject to their contracts and applicable law. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Data Retention

Imaginix does not retain assessment selections at launch. Any limited technical logs available to Imaginix are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Hosting providers may maintain their own logs according to their documented retention practices.

7. Data Security

Imaginix uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Summit Tools and the limited information processed. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid entering sensitive or regulated information into the Summit Tools.

8. Children's Privacy

The Summit Tools are intended for adult business owners, leaders, consultants, and professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and Imaginix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Summit Tools. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and address the matter.

9. Third-Party Links

The Summit Tools may link to a third-party website or service. A third party's privacy practices are governed by its own notices and policies. Imaginix is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights regarding personal data, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and rights to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling.

The Summit Tools do not sell personal data, use personal data for targeted advertising, or conduct covered profiling. Because the Summit Tools do not intentionally collect contact information or retain assessment selections at launch, Imaginix may not have personal data that can be linked to you. We will review any request we receive and respond as required by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@imaginix-consulting.com with the subject line Privacy Request. If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject line Privacy Appeal. We may need limited information to verify and respond to your request.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Summit Tools, our information practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will show a revised "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal data, we will provide additional notice when required.
